Pet Dental Cleaning

Our pets need their teeth cleaned, just like us! We provide Complete Oral Health Assessment and Treatment (COHAT) services. This involves taking full dental radiographs followed by the cleaning and charting of each tooth in your pet's mouth.

Dental Radiography

Dental radiographs are required for the vast majority of our procedures and are always obtained to evaluate the extent of disease and possible treatment options. We utilize the latest technology to assure we have immediate access to images and can make an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.

Restorations

There are several reasons that veterinary patients may benefit from tooth restorations. Fractured teeth, congenital problems with enamel and occasionally cavities all may require careful restoration of the damage. This is not simply a cosmetic issue—the weakened dental structures will wear or fracture more easily, causing discomfort and putting the tooth at risk of infection and death.

Pet Dental Extraction

Our team specializes in navigating the complexities of dental extractions. Pediatric Dentistry

Jaw Fracture Repair

Treating a fractured jaw requires precision and expertise, given the complexity of the injury. Key challenges include preserving the integrity of the remaining teeth, maintaining the jaw's function and the comfort of the bite (occlusion), and addressing other related trauma. Our veterinarians are equipped with specialized tools and a wealth of experience in repairing upper jaw (maxillary) and lower jaw (mandibular) fractures, ensuring the best possible outcome for your pet.

Orofacial Surgery

Oral neoplasia has been reported to account for 6% to 7% of all canine cancers and 3% of all feline cancers. We perform incisional and excisional biopsies and work closely with a world-renowned veterinary oral pathologist to help diagnose and treat your pet's oral cancer. We also have extensive experience in other advanced surgery of the face including cleft palate surgery, salivary gland surgery, lymph node surgery, soft tissue defect repair, and surgery of the TMJ.

Orthodontics

Endodontics

Veterinary endodontics refer to the treatment of damaged pulp in your pet's teeth. To prevent infection or cyst formation, these teeth require intervention—through extraction or root canal therapy. Root canal therapy involves cleaning, shaping, disinfecting, and filling the tooth's interior, followed by restoring the tooth with a composite. Our doctors are not only extensively trained but also equipped with specialized tools to conduct both conventional and surgical root canal treatments, along with vital pulp therapy.
